Important Information Regarding Conference Accommodations: Accommodation includes 4 nights hotel stay. Check-In on Sunday Feb 18 after 14:00 and check-out on Thursday, Feb 22. If you extend your trip, you will be responsible for securing your own accommodation. We cannot guarantee room availability either before or after these dates.
