Multiple students presenting 1 poster: If there are multiple students planning presenting the same poster - only 1 abstract needs to be submitted. Email IWAM.RAKCAM@gmail.com and let us know all the presenting authors for your abstract after submission.
Travel grant process: If you are planning to apply for a travel grant, please have your advisor write a letter of recommendation outlining why you should be awarded support to attend IWAM 2025 and email it to IWAM.RAKCAM@gmail.com.
