Registration will open in Dec 2024 once the abstract selection process has been completed and the deadline to complete registration will be Friday, Dec 20, 2024.

Full and student registration includes 

• Access to the conference and printed materials; 
• Shuttle bus transportation between the conference hotel and Dubai International Airport at fixed intervals on Sunday, Feb 16 and Thursday, Feb 20; and 
• *Accommodation is provided during the workshop. Student accommodation is shared and you will be assigned to a hotel room with another student. If you are a student bringing a guest, then you must register for full registration and pay full registration fees for your guest. 

If you should require a Visa for entry into UAE, there are additional fees.
